What we collect

When you submit an enquiry through our contact form or quick quote tool, we collect the details you give us: your name, phone number, email address if you provide one, the location of the property, and whatever you tell us about the job.

How we use it

We use these details for one purpose: responding to your enquiry and, if you go ahead, carrying out the work. We don't sell your information, share it with third parties for marketing, or add you to a mailing list without asking.

How long we keep it

Enquiry details are kept for as long as we need them to deal with your request and any follow-up work, plus a reasonable period afterwards for our own records. If you'd like your details removed sooner, just ask.

Cookies and analytics

We use Google Analytics, via Google Tag Manager, to understand how visitors use this website, for example, which pages are viewed and how people found us. This sets cookies that collect anonymised, aggregated statistics; it doesn't identify you personally. We don't use advertising or retargeting cookies.

You can control or delete these cookies through your browser settings, or opt out of Google Analytics tracking using the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask us what personal data we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Contact us using the details below and we'll deal with it.
